2D1N EMEISHAN ADVENTURE TOUR
DAY 1
Pick up from hotel in Chengdu.
Transfer to the foot of Emeishan and take tourist bus in Mount Emei to Wannian Monastery.
Hike 40 minutes to Wannian Monastery, tour around, then walk downhill from Wannian Monastery to Wuxiangang. On the way, you will pass Qinyin Pavilion, Monkey Zone. In the afternoon, take tourist bus from Wuxianggang to Leidongping Parking lot (about 1.5 hours drive).Then take cable up to Golden Summit. Check in hotel in Golden Summit, watch sunset at the summit of Mount Emei where the local called it “the Buddha Glow”.
DAY 2
Watch sunrise in Golden Summit, then check out hotel and walk downhill to Leidongping parking lot(about 1.5 hours). Take tourist bus down to the foot of Mount Emei, visit the only yet very historical Buddhist Nunnery-Fuhu Monastery (It's the most popular temple in Mount.Emei). Have a vegetarian meal in Fuhu Monastery. Then drop off at Emeishan Station for your high speed rail transfer to Shuangliu Airport Station to catch your departure flight.
End of tour.
